Refund Policy

Because pies are baked fresh to order, cancellations for a full refund must be requested by email at least 5 days before your pickup or arrival date.

If your pie arrives damaged, email us a photo within 24 hours of delivery and we will refund or replace it.

Pickup orders not collected on the chosen date cannot be refunded.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
